FEATURED COCKTAIL - MOJITO

A true taste of Summer- Captain Morgans White Rum, Fresh Lime, Fresh Mint.

Ingredients: 50ml Captain Morgan White Rum, 25ml Fresh Lime Juice, 2 teaspoons White Sugar (adjust to taste), 6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves, Soda Water, Crushed Ice.Garnish: Lime wedges and additional mint sprigs for garnish.

  • In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves and sugar.
  • Gently muddle the mint leaves with the sugar to release their aroma and oils, being careful not to over-muddle and tear the mint.
  • Squeeze and add the juice of half a lime (approximately 25ml) into the glass.
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice, about 2/3 full.
  • Pour in 50ml of Captain Morgan White Rum over the ice.
  • Stir the mixture well to dissolve the sugar and combine the flavours.
  • Top up the glass with soda water, leaving some space at the top.
  • Give the cocktail a gentle stir to mix the ingredients further.
  • Garnish the cocktail with a lime wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.
  • Serve your refreshing Captain Morgan's White Rum Mojito immediately and enjoy!
